-
The SHM approach uses real-time measurement and monitoring to estimate changes in the structure to predict changes in the current and future risk.
-
Value is generally realised by the SHM systems predictive ability (as post-failure diagnostics generally have relatively low value).
-
Measurements are always limited in their number, resolution, stability or capability in diagnosing specific failure modes.
-
Presenters are strongly encouraged to reflect on the “value” provided by any technology applications and to explore the capability and limitations of any approach.
-
Leading sensor providers will showcase technologies on the trades tables (click on Sponsorship Tab for details)
-
The ANSHM Workshop is the place to:
-
Understand measurement and analytical technologies
-
Meet technology providers
-
Understand existing & emergent sensor capabilities
-
Explore system capability and limitations
-
Meet the people making data informed decisions
